After decades of globe-trotting, superstar @ricky_martin has traded in his nomadic existence to set up a house in Beverly Hills with artist @jwanyosef and their twin sons. “L.A. totally caught us off guard–we loved it,” says Yosef. After a marathon three-day house-hunting expedition the couple landed on a 3,000-square-foot home designed by acclaimed midcentury architect Gregory Ain in 1953, which has since been built out to an 11,000-square foot modern residence. “Even though the house had been greatly expanded over the years, we still wanted to respect its original vision–the clean lines, the openness, and the sense of calm,” Martin says. The couple enlisted #AD100 designer @nateberkus to give a solid foundation to the interiors.
