Burlas y críticas ha recibido Pink, luego de que momentos antes de interpretar el himno nacional de Estados Unidos en el Super Bowl, la cantante se sacara un chicle de la boca y lo arrojara a la cancha.

“TENGAN CUIDADO! No se les vaya a pegar el chicle que tiró Pink en la cancha!”, escribió un usuario en Twitter.

Anteriormente, se había dado conocer que la intérprete se encontraba nerviosa previo al juego de los Patriots de Nueva Inglaterra y los Eagles de Filadelfia, ya que tenía gripa estaba haciendo todo lo posible por mantener su voz.

Sin embargo, dejando a un lado el incómodo momento del chicle, pese a la enfermedad, para muchos cumplió con las expectativas, aunque tropezó de vez en cuando con algún agudo.

Cabe señalar que el poder interpretar el himno en el Super Bowl, era uno de los grandes sueños de la cantante desde 1991, cuando Whitney Houston hizo su presentación: “Ahora esta oportunidad finalmente ha llegado. Y sucede que esta oportunidad llega cuando tengo a mis dos pequeños hijos tosiendo literalmente en mi boca”.
